Len is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF.
Len’s corporate experience has spanned over 20 years, many of which were in leadership, mentorship, and Executive Directorship. He has successfully lead teams of 75+ and been responsible for multi-million dollar budgets, technology infrastructures, strategic planning, change management, project management, people management, contract and acquisition negotiations, etc. Experience and appreciation for the importance of strong leadership is what lead him to become a leadership and executive coach.
