Megan has been with Leadersearch since 1995 originally concentrating her efforts on Leadersearch's recruiting business. As a trained coach and facilitator Megan also leads leadership and team building workshops, in which the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is utilized.
Since 2005 Megan has been the workshop and retreat director for all of Leadersearch's client offsite work. She holds a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary and is trained in the Intrinsic coaching methodology from Totally Coached Inc.
Many would say that Megan is the glue that holds Leadersearch together and that she provides the necessary structure to the business that if left to Bob would be a disaster.
